COLEGIULUI TEHNIC ENERGETIC SIBIU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VIZIUNEA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizarea unui raport benefic \u00eentre oferta de educa\u0163ie \u00een cadrul comunit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi dezvoltarea economic\u0103 durabil\u0103, dezvoltarea unui \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt eficient \u015fi flexibil, adaptat nevoilor comunit\u0103\u0163ii locale, \u00een context european.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MISIUNEA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valorificarea poten\u0163ialului aptitudinal al elevilor printr-un demers didactic modern \u015fi eficient desf\u0103\u015furat \u00eentr-o \u015fcoal\u0103 atractiv\u0103, cu u\u015file deschise pentru to\u0163i cei care au nevoie de educa\u0163ie, pentru a oferi \u015fanse egale tuturor elevilor si asigurarea dezvolt\u0103rii personale \u015fi profesionale compatibile cu cerin\u0163ele comunit\u0103\u0163ii locale, pentru o integrare armonioas\u0103 pe pia\u0163a muncii \u0219i \u00een cadrul institu\u0163iilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior, pentru men\u021binerea&nbsp;tradi\u021biilor, promovarea inovarii, \u00eencurajarea \u0219i recompensarea&nbsp;&nbsp;performan\u021bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<em>Colegiul Tehnic Energetic Sibiu<\/em>, calitatea este un obiectiv central al strategiei generale aorganiza\u0163iei, aceast\u0103 orientare fiind \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu direc\u0163iile de reformare a\u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului tehnic preuniversitar din Uniunea European\u0103.Orientarea general\u0103 a organiza\u0163iei privind calitatea revine managementului de la cel mai\u00eenalt nivel, care trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 serviciile realizate de \u015fcoal\u0103 sunt corespunz\u0103toarecerin\u0163elor clien\u0163ilor \u015fi continuu \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ite \u00een scopul cre\u015fterii satisfac\u0163iei clientului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalele obiective privind calitatea, adecvate misiunii \u0219colii, sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Colegiul Tehnic&nbsp;&nbsp;Enrgetic Sibiu<\/em>, institu\u0163ie de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt preuniversitar, are ca obiectiv principal \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea continu\u0103 a profilului de competen\u0163e ale absolven\u0163ilor prin proiectarea unor programe educa\u0163ionale adaptate continuu la cerin\u0163ele societ\u0103\u0163ii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Accentul pe activitatea didactic\u0103, realizarea de proiecte \u00een cadrul unor parteneriate cuorganiza\u0163ii din \u0163ar\u0103 \u015fi din str\u0103in\u0103tate este o alt\u0103 latur\u0103 important\u0103 a activit\u0103\u0163ii, cecontribuie la extinderea \u015fi adecvarea competen\u0163elor absolven\u0163ilor la cerin\u0163e noi, precum \u015fi la perfec\u0163ionarea cadrelor didactice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Beneficiarul final al serviciilor realizate de \u015fcoal\u0103, programe educa\u0163ionale \u015fi de cercetare, este societatea (prin organiza\u0163iile angajatoare). \u015ecoala trebuie s\u0103 evalueze satisfac\u0163ia firmelor angajatoare \u015fi s\u0103 le atrag\u0103 sprijinul la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea programelor de studiu prin dezvoltarea unor parteneriate cu organiza\u0163iile din mediul economic \u015fi social;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Calitatea proceselor educa\u0163ionale depinde \u015fi de rela\u0163iile cu elevii: \u015fcoala trebuie s\u0103 evalueze satisfac\u0163ia elevilor \u015fi s\u0103 asigure cadrul organizatoric \u015fi metodele de participare eficient\u0103 a acestora la realizarea proceselor de instruire \u015fi de evaluare \u015fi la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea acestora;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Nivelul serviciilor \u015fcolii este \u00een rela\u0163ie direct\u0103 cu preg\u0103tirea, calificarea \u015fi reputa\u0163ia \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 a cadrelor didactice.&nbsp;<em>Colegiul Tehnic Energetic Sibiu<\/em>&nbsp;trebuie s\u0103 evalueze satisfac\u0163ia personalului \u015fi eficien\u0163a muncii \u015fi s\u0103 sprijine eforturile corpului didactic \u015fi a \u00eentregului personal pentru perfec\u0163ionare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizarea acestor obiective generale presupune dezvoltarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea eficient\u0103 a sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii existent \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II. PROIECTAREA \u015eI PLANIFICAREA ACTIVIT\u0102\u0162ILOR DEASIGURARE A CALIT\u0102\u0162II<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.1 Asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii activit\u0103\u021bilor, pentru consolidarea Colegiului Tehnic Energetic Sibiuca institu\u021bie de nivel na\u021bional<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Educa\u021bia \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul tehnologic se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00eentr-un cadru concuren\u021bial din ce \u00een ce mai accentuat, datorat pe de o parte cre\u0219terii ofertei de instruire \u0219i pe de alt\u0103 parte, reducerii num\u0103rului de candida\u021bi. Dincolo de m\u0103surile preconizate la nivel na\u021bional pentru optimizarea acestei situa\u021bii, Colegiul Tehnic Energetic Sibiu&nbsp;&nbsp;trebuie s\u0103 asigure absolventilor \u00een primul r\u0103nd competen\u021be profesionale de \u00eenalt nivel. Acesta este rezultatul unor ac\u021biuni orientate c\u0103tre \u00eendeplinirea obiectivelor formulate de beneficiari (absolvent \u0219i angajator) care trebuie s\u0103 se deruleze \u00eentr-un sistem de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii clar structurat \u0219i eficient.Pentru aceasta se impun o serie de ac\u021biuni privind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Comisia pentru evaluarea \u0219i asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii<\/em>&nbsp;care va derula procedurile necesare desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i care au fost supuse&nbsp;&nbsp;aprob\u0103rii Consiliului de administra\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Eficientizarea mecanismelor de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii<\/em>&nbsp;la nivel de institu\u021bie, catedre, arii curriculare, compartimente etc. In evaluare, accentul se va pune pe calitatea proceselor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare\/predare\/instruire practic\u0103. Se va introduce \u00een sistemul de evaluare \u0219i criteriul \u201eabsorb\u021biei absolven\u021bilor\u201d pe pia\u021ba muncii<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Evaluarea intern\u0103 periodic\u0103 a calit\u0103\u021bii<\/em>&nbsp;activit\u0103\u021bilor didactice \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bifice, la nivelul catedrelor, comisiei de formare \u0219i dezvoltare profesional\u0103, bazat\u0103 pe indicatori formula\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Utilizarea rezultatelor evalu\u0103rii<\/em>&nbsp;\u00een eficientizarea activit\u0103\u021bilor didactice, manageriale. In acest proces, elevii, ca beneficiari direc\u021bi, trebuie s\u0103 fie activ implica\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II.2.&nbsp;<em>Integrarea&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Colegiului Tehnic Energetic Sibiu\u00een spa\u021biul european al \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului preuniversitar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colaborarea inter-institu\u021bii la nivel european este un fapt real; pentru rezultate de anvergur\u0103 \u0219i de durat\u0103 este necesar\u0103 armonizarea ac\u021biunilor desf\u0103\u0219urate de statele Uniunii Europene cu ac\u021biunile la nivel na\u021bional (adoptarea unei structuri a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu cel european) \u0219i la nivel institu\u021bional, care s\u0103 duc\u0103 la rezultate concrete \u0219i viabile pe termen lung<em>.&nbsp;<\/em>Pentru aceasta sunt necesare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Orientarea con\u021binutului disciplinelor\/disciplinelor op\u021bionale pentru a asigura absolven\u021bilor competen\u021bele necesare integr\u0103rii pe pia\u021ba european\u0103 a muncii \u0219i educa\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Realizarea de proiecte educa\u021bionale \u00een parteneriat cu institut\u021bii din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i str\u0103inatate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.3. Cresterea eficien\u021bei \u0219i competitivit\u0103\u021bii procesului didactic prin:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.3.1. Cre\u0219terea competitivit\u0103\u021bii<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversificarea \u0219i flexibilizarea ofertei educa\u021bionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Modernizarea procesului didactic de predare\u00eenv\u0103\u021bare prin dezvoltarea infrastructurii adecvata tehnologiilor informa\u021biei \u0219i comunic\u0103rii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Dezvoltarea bazei materiale prin atragerea de fonduri suplimentare (implicarea agen\u021bilor economici, venituri proprii, comitetele de p\u0103rin\u021bi prin sponsoriz\u0103ri, proiecte etc);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Perfec\u021bionarea sistemului de evaluare a elevilor prin diversificarea instrumentelor&nbsp;&nbsp;de evaluare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.3.2. Cre\u0219terea eficien\u021bei<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Cre\u0219terea gradului de ocupare a posturilor didactice cu titulari a posturilor didactice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Numirea ca responsabili de comisii\/catedre metodice a cadrelor didactice care \u00eendeplinesc criteriile de promovare, la standarde superioare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Sprijinirea \u0219i stimularea cadrelor didactice pentru perfec\u021bionare \u0219i dezvoltarea profesional\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.4&nbsp;&nbsp;Implicarea activ\u0103 a agen\u021bilor economici, p\u0103rin\u021bilor, institu\u021biilor \u015fi autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>\u00een formarea profesional\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;a elevilor. \u00cen acest sens, se impun o serie de m\u0103suri, dintre care:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Identificarea partenerilor, agen\u021bilor economici, pentru a asigura formarea conform ofertei \u015fcolare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Dezbateri cu agen\u021bii economici pe urm\u0103toarele teme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;unit\u0103ti de competen\u021b\u0103 prev\u0103zute \u00een Standardele de Preg\u0103tire Profesional\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;elaborare \u015fi adaptarea de CDL-uri la condi\u021biile locale<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;efectuarea instruirii practice a elevilor \u00een cadrul unit\u0103\u021bilor partenere;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;organizarea de lec\u021bii tip \u201evizit\u0103 didactic\u0103\u201d pentru continua informare privind modernizarea \u015fi retehnologizarea unit\u0103\u021bilor economice;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;sus\u021binerea \u015fcolii cu sponsoriz\u0103ri financiare \u015fi materiale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00centocmirea planului opera\u021bional pentru re\u021bele interne de colaborare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00centocmirea planului opera\u021bional pentru re\u0163ele de colaborare \u00eentre \u015fcoli la nivel extern;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizarea ac\u021biunilor cu caracter extra\u015fcolar \u00een parteneriat cu institutii \u015fi organiza\u021bii locale pe teme de: s\u0103n\u0103tate, cultur\u0103, drepturi ale copilului, ecologie, protec\u021bia mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II.5.&nbsp;<em>Adaptarea ofertei educationale la dinamica pietei muncii<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalitatea procesului educa\u021bional const\u0103 \u00een formarea de profesioni\u0219ti capabili s\u0103 se implice \u00een progresul economic \u0219i social. Integrarea absolven\u021bilor pe pia\u021ba muncii, valorific\u00e2nd competen\u021bele dob\u00e2ndite \u00een anii de studiu, reprezint\u0103&nbsp;&nbsp;recunoa\u0219terea activit\u0103\u021bii institu\u021biei. De aceea, este important\u0103 dimensionarea \u0219i adaptarea ofertei educa\u021bionale oferit\u0103 de&nbsp;<em>Colegiul Tehnic Energetic Sibiu<\/em>&nbsp;\u00een conformitate cu previziunile pe termen mediu \u0219i lung privind dezvoltarea&nbsp;<em>Regiunii Centrale<\/em>, precum \u0219i cu cerin\u021bele de calitate \u0219i con\u021binut exprimate de angajatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Trebuie avute \u00een vedere urm\u0103toarele aspecte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Elaborarea \u015fi implementarea unei proceduri de identificare a cererilor de pe pia\u021ba muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Elaborarea planului de \u015fcolarizare 2016-2017 \u00een corela\u021bie cu cererile pie\u021bei muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizarea unei sesiuni de discu\u021bii cu&nbsp;&nbsp;agen\u021bi economici parteneri viz\u00e2nd identificarea&nbsp;&nbsp;nevoilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te nivelul de calificare, abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i competen\u021bele&nbsp;&nbsp;absolven\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Dezvoltarea \u00een institu\u021bie a unor ac\u021biuni privind rela\u021bia cu pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i cu mediul de afaceri,&nbsp;&nbsp;prin formarea unor re\u021bele\/parteneriate\/protocoale institu\u021bionale;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adaptarea specializ\u0103rilor existente \u0219i extinderea ofertei educa\u021bionale, \u021bin\u00e2nd seama de necesit\u0103\u021bile de pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i de strategia de dezvoltare economic\u0103 \u0219i social\u0103 a&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Regiunii Centrale<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Cre\u0219terea importan\u021bei \u0219i eficien\u021bei stagiului de practic\u0103 la agen\u021bi economici parteneri care s\u0103 contribuie efectiv la implicarea elevului \u00een mediul \u00een care va lucra,&nbsp;respectiv cu cerin\u021bele \u00een domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Adaptarea con\u021binutului disciplinelor pentru a stimula creativitatea, inova\u021bia \u0219i spiritul antreprenorial al elevilor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;L\u0103rgirea ofertei educa\u021bionale sub forma \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00centocmirea planului opera\u0163ional pentru activit\u0103\u0163i de tranzi\u0163ie de la \u015fcoal\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;Aplicarea procedurii de monitorizare a inser\u021biei socio-profesionale a absolven\u021bilor&nbsp;<em>Colegiului Tehnic Energetic Sibiu<\/em>, promo\u021bia 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>II.6. CNAC este dezvoltat \u00een conformitate cu Cadrul Comun European de Asigurare a Calit\u0103tii (CCAC) pentru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>educa\u021bie \u015fi formare profesional\u0103 \u015fi implic\u0103 desf\u0103\u015furarea urm\u0103toarelor procese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;autoevaluarea ( pe baza Manualului de Autoevaluare)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;monitorizarea intern\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;monitorizarea extern\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8&nbsp;&nbsp;inspec\u021bia de validare a raportului de autoevaluare (pe baza Manualului de Inspec\u021bie pentru<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;validarea extern\u0103 a autoevalu\u0103rii)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul profesional \u015fi tehnic presupune parcurgerea unui ciclu al<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>calit\u0103tii, av\u00e2nd urm\u0103toarele etape principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0081&nbsp;&nbsp;Elaborarea planului de ac\u021biune al \u015fcolii (PAS) \u015fi aprobarea de c\u0103tre Consiliul de Administra\u021bie al unit\u0103tii; acest document r\u0103spunde \u00een termeni de dezvoltare institu\u021bional\u0103 priorit\u0103\u021bilor regionale \u015fi locale \u015fi stabile\u015fte priorit\u0103\u021bile \u015fcolii, cu precizarea obiectivelor propuse, a ac\u021biunilor prin care se vor atinge aceste obiective \u015fi cu stabilirea de termene \u015fi responsabilit\u0103\u021bi pentru fiecare ac\u021biune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201a&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitorizarea intern\u0103 coordonat\u0103 de Comisia pentru Evaluarea \u015fi Asigurarea Calit\u0103tii din \u015fcoal\u0103, prin care se urm\u0103re\u015fte dac\u0103 ac\u021biunile propuse \u00een Planul de Ac\u021biune al \u0218colii se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 conform calendarului propus, cu asumarea responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor stabilite \u00een PAS \u015fi se evalueaz\u0103 procesul instructiv \u2013 educativ prin asis\u021bente la ore. Monitorizarea intern\u0103 permite identificarea imediat\u0103 a dificult\u0103\u021bilor cu care se confrunt\u0103 \u015fcoala \u00een atingerea obiectivelor stabilite sau care apar \u00een procesul didactic curent la clas\u0103 \u015fi identificarea unor solu\u021bii adecvate. Pe baza acestui proces continuu de monitorizare intern\u0103, Comisia pentru Evaluarea \u015fi Asigurarea Calit\u0103\u021bii&nbsp;&nbsp;elaboreaz\u0103 raportul de monitorizare intern\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0083&nbsp;&nbsp;Elaborarea raportului de autoevaluare (RAEI) de c\u0103tre Comisia pentru Evaluarea \u015fi Asigurarea Calit\u0103\u021bii \u015fi transmiterea lui la ISJ Sibiu \u015fi CNDIPT, \u00een paralel cu ini\u021bializarea \u0219i completarea acestuia pe platforma dedicat\u0103<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e&nbsp;&nbsp;Elaborarea Planului de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103tire a calit\u0103tii de c\u0103tre Comisia pentru Evaluarea \u015fi Asigurarea Calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi transmiterea lui la ISJ Sibiu spre avizare. INSTRUMENTE \u015eI PROCEDURI DE EVALUARE INTERN\u0102 ACALIT\u0102TII<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedurile pentru calitate se aplic\u0103 \u00een cazul tuturor activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u015furate \u00een cadrul Colegiului Tehnic Energetic Sibiu: administra\u021bie; Consiliul&nbsp;&nbsp;de Administra\u021bie \u015fi Consiliul Profesoral; admiterea; predarea \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea; evaluarea elevilor; re\u021bele de colaborare \u00eentre \u015fcoli; re\u021bele de colaborare la nivel extern; rela\u021biile cu societatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) Administrarea se realizeaz\u0103 pe baza planurilor de management strategic elaborate anual&nbsp;&nbsp;(Plan Opera\u021bional) \u0219i al Planului de Ac\u021biune al \u0218colii (PAS) \u015fi aprobate de Consiliul de Administra\u021bie al&nbsp;&nbsp;Colegiului Tehnic Energetic Sibiu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;(2) Procesul de predare \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 conform metodologiei \u015fi normelor de calitate av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere urm\u0103toarele componente: programe de studiu; managementul procesului de predare \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103tare; strategia de predare, resursele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) Evaluarea elevilor se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 conform metodologiei \u015fi normelor de calitate, av\u00e2ndu-se&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00een vedere utilizarea unor metode echitabile de evaluare, corecte \u015fi fiabile, precum \u015fi reglementarea \u015fi comunicarea&nbsp;&nbsp;modalit\u0103tilor de examinare \u015fi&nbsp;&nbsp;a obiectivelor evalu\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;(4) Relatiile cu societatea, retelele de colaborare \u00eentre \u015fcoli func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pe baze contractuale prin stabilirea de parteneriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IV.
